As I See It is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We sell photographic prints and related items which are produced individually after an order is placed. All products are printed to order.
We make every effort to display our images as accurately as possible. However, colours, contrast, brightness, cropping, and overall appearance may vary depending on screen settings, device type, lighting conditions, printing materials, and production processes. Such variations are normal and do not constitute defects.
Because each item is made to order, minor differences in colour, tone, paper texture, or finish may occur and are considered part of the normal printing process.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit any product at any time without notice.
All images remain the intellectual property of As I See It and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only once payment has been received and processing has begun.
All products are printed to order. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
It is your responsibility to review all details, including size, finish, and shipping address, before placing an order.
Products are sold for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
SECTION 3A – PRINTED-TO-ORDER / RETURNS / EXCHANGES
All photographs sold through this store are printed to order. Because of the custom nature of these products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect selection, or ordering errors.
Refunds are not provided for printed-to-order items unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
If you are unsure about a product, size, or finish, please contact us before placing your order.
You must inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within a reasonable time and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue so that it can be reviewed.
Where a fault is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or exchange. An exchange may be offered instead of a refund where permitted by law.
We are not responsible for:
Damage caused after delivery
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Delays caused by carriers or customs
Variations in colour caused by screen display differences
Normal printing variations
All decisions regarding replacement, exchange, or refund are made at our sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

All products are printed to order and may require processing time before shipment.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.
Once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once the carrier has accepted the package.
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect address may require additional shipping charges.

All images, photographs, designs, text, graphics, and content on this website are the property of As I See It and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
No image may be copied, reproduced, edited, distributed, printed, or used in any form without prior written permission.
Purchase of a print does not transfer copyright or usage rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, As I See It shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from the purchase or use of any product.
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
We are not liable for colour differences, printing variations, shipping delays, or damage caused after delivery.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
